Using this website

Service requests and appointments
Submitting a request through this site starts a conversation — it does not create a scheduled appointment. An appointment exists once we have confirmed a time with you directly. For anything urgent, please call so we can respond immediately.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection. If we uncover something that changes the scope of work, we stop, explain it, and provide a revised price for your approval before continuing.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Invoices identify the work performed and any parts supplied.
Workmanship
We stand behind our labor. If work we performed does not hold up as expected, contact us and we will come back to assess it. Manufacturer warranties apply to the equipment and parts installed, subject to their own terms.
Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects that could not reasonably be discovered, or damage resulting from work performed by others. Our liability is limited to the value of the services we provided.
Licensing
Need a Plumber, Inc. is a licensed and insured plumbing contractor operating in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties, Florida. License information is available on request.
